The Public Entity Property Insurance Program (PEPIP) is the largest single property placement in the world. Formed in 1993 to meet the unique property insurance needs faced by public entities, PEPIP has grown from 65 members in one state and $600 million in total insurable values (TIV) to nearly 6,000 members in over 45 states and more than $300 billion in TIV.
